Bryceson and Sarita Lawrence
We are a family-owned business located in the heart of downtown Marion, OH. Prior to opening our own facility, Bryceson spent 10 years as a trainer and strength coach at another facility located in Marion, OH. In 2018, we took a leap of faith and opened our own training facility, Phase 6 Strength and Performance.

Bryceson is a Tiffin University graduate in Sports Management. He holds certifications from NSCA – CPT (certified personal trainer), NSCA- CSCS (certified strength & conditioning specialist), Exos: Advanced Strength and Power, Exos: Tactical Athlete Training Systems. After college, Bryceson was fortunate enough to play professional indoor football for 6 years. He was Inducted into the Tiffin University Athletic Hall of Fame in the fall of 2019.
For the last 11 years, Bryceson has dedicated his life to helping people feel better, look better, and perform better. His training programs have helped clients lose 20 to over 100 pounds, increase lean muscle mass while losing body fat.
In addition to his success with the general population, his athlete performance programs have helped athletes from all over Ohio become stronger, faster, more explosive, more mobile, and more self-confident in their ability.
His resume includes NFL players, Arena Football Players, College All-Americans in various sports, High Schools All-Conference, All-State, All-Americans in various sports.
Trainer and Performance Coach
Taylor has been working in the Marion community as a personal trainer and performance coach for the past 4 years. He holds certifications from NASM-CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) and NASM-PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist). Taylor is also the Head Strength and Conditioning Intern at the University of Findlay.
Taylor has helped many clients get great results in weight loss, strength and muscle gains, and improvement in performance.
He is currently enrolled at Marion Technical College and will be pursuing an exercise science degree from Ohio State.
